We worked closely with Shaun and our architects and interior designers on 141 5th Avenue, a luxury residential project. When I expressed my surprise during design to see that we were putting four different kinds of tile in the powder room of an apartment, Shaun took me aside. He said “Nick, we going to be hitting all-time highs in sales prices. You are not the buyer. The buyer who is buying this apartment wants to see four different kinds of beautiful tiles in the powder room.” It turned out he was completely right. Shaun knows the buyers and their tastes and provides extraordinary advice not only during the sales and marketing process but also during the design or development phase of the project.
