Pre-Development
Created a “destination” building with broad appeal, focusing on the forgotten work of architect Ralph Walker. Working outside traditional marketing methods, we educated the buyer about the stature and pedigree of Walker’s buildings, thus reviving the legacy as one of New York’s greatest architects.
Marketing
Collaborated with the Museum of the City of New York to curate an exhibition of Ralph Walker’s impressive oeuvre and hired an art historian to pen the accompanying monograph, published and distributed by Rizzoli.
Sales
Collaborated closely with architects, CetraRuddy, to create gracious, flowing layouts filled with the best amenities, finishes and luxury flourishes to cater to the needs and lifestyle of the ultra-net worth buyer. In an interview with The New York Times several months prior to launch, we would hit $10,000 per square foot for the penthouse. This was met with skepticism by many - until we achieved it.
