The most difficult challenge for me writing this Padkos Blog every week is to come up with the subject matter. Once I have the subject, the content flows. I always have the best intentions on Mondays to decide on a subject and start writing so I have more time to edit and improve my message by the end of the week – but I always find myself deciding and writing on a Friday morning. Like today.
I subscribe to a handful of newsletters, and I have developed a deep respect for anyone who manages to put out relevant content consistently. It ain’t easy.
This week, I’m coming up empty. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot to write about in NY real estate. The market. The brokerage culture. The size of living rooms. Etcetera.
But this week, nothing in real estate seems relevant or important enough to write about. My mission for Padkos is always to deliver content that the reader would find thought-provoking, and insightful, and offer constructive solutions to make the world of real estate better.
But not this week. I have nothing to add or say on this platform that would be appropriate to what is going on beyond New York.
So I will say “thank you” for reading Padkos and for enjoying my good weeks and enduring bad weeks like this one when I come up empty.
